PODERE POZZO
Podere Pozzo consists of a Leopoldina farmhouse built in early 1800s. The last renovation has been done in 2001 preserving the walls in bricks and stones and without changing the original plant. The indoor restoration preserved typical features of Senesi farmhouses, such as brick floor and beamed ceiling.

As you enter, a large dining room welcomes you with a fireplace typical of Tuscany farmhouses. From here you can enter the modernly equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, (2 with a double bed and 1 with 3 single beds), each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
The ground floor consists of two living rooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds (here you have a bathroom with tub).

Within 5000 square meters of garden it is for the exclusive use of the swimming pool of M.14 x m.4,50, of which a part with depth m.1,05 and a part with depth m.2, 20. They are available to guests sun loungers and deck chairs, as well as umbrellas and a gazebo (of m.3x4) equipped with table and chairs.
